Yoga is a wonderful addition to any workplace as part of a team building day, a monthly event or a weekly class. I have delivered yoga to a range of workplaces including local councils, corporate environments, allied health and schools.

As a former Program Manager responsible for million dollar budgets, a wide range of stakeholders and large teams, I know the effect stress can have on the body, mind, performance, anxiety, self esteem and productivity. It is my experience that yoga is the perfect antidote for these conditions. 

Yoga provides benefits for the body and mind, such as
  • increased focus, mental clarity and awareness
  • reduced stress and anxiety
  • reduction of physical tension and improved mobility

Thinking of a team building day? Yoga is an ideal activity to include as it provides an individual practice within a shared experience that induces a relaxation response.

Introduce a Wellness week in your workplace as a one off event; a monthly offering or a weekly lunch time class. You can even do yoga at your desk. Please contact me to discuss the needs of your workplace.​
Yoga for Self Care

This is a gentle program aimed to empower you with simple practices to use throughout your day to assist with relaxation and reduce stress. You will learn breath techniques; a series of gentle poses to enhance joint mobility and stretch targeted areas of the body (depending on your group's needs eg. upper back and shoulders, hips for sedentary, desk based workers). You will experience a deep guided relaxation which restores the nervous system. 

Location: at your office, at Dragonfly Zen, Grafton st Cairns or online via ZOOM
Cost: 30 - 60 minute session $150
