Perfect for beginners or those looking to revisit the fundamentals, each 60-minute session offers a balanced combination of foundational postures, gentle stretches, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation practices.
In this small-group setting, you'll receive personalised attention as you build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm and connection. Each class is thoughtfully structured to guide you step-by-step, helping you feel confident and comfortable in your practice while embracing the tools to support a balanced and healthier life. No prior experience is necessary—just bring a yoga mat, an open mind, and the desire to start the new year with self-care and growth. Tuesdays are for YOGA FLOW :)
Move with ease and grace in this dynamic Yoga Flow class, where poses seamlessly transition in coordination with your breath. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting a sense of mindfulness and inner calm. Some yoga experience required however the class offers modifications and options to meet you where you are, helping you connect to your body and leave feeling energised and refreshed. BYO Yoga mat Cost: 10 class pass: $150 (for any 10 classes, do not have to be consecutive) 5 class pass: $90 (for any 5 classes, do not have to be consecutive) Casual: $20 |
Active Living Classes
Part of the Cairns Council's FREE program with three beautiful locations to choose from
All outdoor classes for Cairns Council's Active Living Program run from February to December and are FREE - no need to book, turn up and BYO yoga mat or towel. Open to everyone. You will need to be able to get up and down from the ground.

Benefits of Yoga
PHYSICAL

yoga is about looking inward and finding out who you really are. The practices slowly strip away the layers to uncover our True Nature at the heart centre - described as SAT CHIT ANANDA - truth wisdom bliss.
